We use your data only to provide the information or services you request, answer your questions and determine what information we should develop next for the web site.

All items on this website are to be considered the property of the webmaster and may not be used without prior authorization.

Secure Shopping Information

Divine Specialties ensures a safe shopping experience by using Secure SSL provider as our cart encryption provider. We employ a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protecting all customer information and credit card transactions on our site. An SSL is a secure web protocol that uses 128 bit or higher encryption to keep our customer's card number and personal information secure during all data transfers on our site.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days*. In the event of a backorder the customer will be notified via email.

All frozen items must be shipped overnight, next day air.  If you purchase frozen product and do not select this shipping option then your order will be delayed.

Shipping by Standard Ground within the continental United States is estimated at 3 to 7 business days*. We are happy to ship Overnight, Express 2-day or Express 3-day for an extra freight charge. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please contact us Toll Free at               866-938-6383        to make arrangements.

Free shipping on chocolate fountains only in the 48 states. Check the shipping address on your order carefully as address corrections and changes incur extra shipping fees. Divine Specialties will pass on any such charges, not the result of an error by Divine Specialties, to the customer. By submitting your order you agree to the Divine Specialties Shipping Policy.

*Business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

Deliveries to businesses located within residential neighborhoods are considered home deliveries.

Return Policy

New, Unused Items:

  • Contact us within 15-days of delivery to obtain a return authorization. Items returned without a return authorization will be refused.
     
  • Return the item in new, unused, resalable condition with all original packaging material.
     
  • Pay for the delivery and return shipping.
     
  • Pay a 25% re-stocking charge.
     
  • Chocolate and other food products are, by law, not returnable. When food products are included with another item, a charge equal to our current retail price for the food product will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Refunds will be issued by check. Allow 4-weeks to receive your refund.

    Chocolate Melting Notice: Because of the properties that allow our chocolate to flow smoothly through fountains, it is especially susceptible to heat. If your chocolate has softened or melted during shipping, don't worry! This will not affect the quality or the taste of your chocolate in any way. Simply store the chocolate in a cool, dry place. Do not freeze or refrigerate it as condensation can affect its consistency.

Defective Items:
We will replace items found to be defective within 30-days of delivery. Products found to be defective after 30-days will be repaired or replaced as described in our warranty.

Damaged in Shipment:
If you receive an item that was damaged in shipment, retain all packaging material and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipper and arrange for replacement of the damaged item.
